The library research Fundacentro scientific production in health and safety at work: a case study

Resumo: This study aims to analyze how it carries out research in the library of Fundacentro scientific production in health and safety at work through a case study. The importance of this analysis enabled us to verify how the library contributes to the scientific production in Fundacentro, since it is hypothesized that the researchers can not answer based on their expectations for quality services and products provided by the physical library and online at Institution search. In order to obtain concrete data sought to raise the secondary and primary data, and because it is a qualitative and quantitative research, we used the method of survey research. Through semistructured questionnaire-type closed-ended questions, semi-open, open, multiple choice assessment questions of fact, matters of opinion and intent. The results showed that the library Fundacentro meets the expectations of users of the institution in both CTN and regional, but there are some observed points that need to be revised and improved in order to provide full satisfaction to the researchers, servants and employees, and all those who use the physical library or online, and its products and services to perform their jobs or their scientific productions.

A importância desta análise possibilitou verificar como a biblioteca contribui para a produção científica na Fundacentro, visto ter como hipótese que é possível atender os pesquisadores com base em suas expectativas em relação à qualidade dos serviços e produtos prestados pela biblioteca física e on-line da Instituição de pesquisa. A fim de obter dados concretos procurou-se levantar os dados secundários e primários e, por se tratar de uma pesquisa qualitativa-quantitativa, utilizou-se o método survey de pesquisa. Por meio de questionário do tipo semiestruturado com perguntas fechadas, semiabertas, abertas, de múltipla escolha, de avaliação, questões de fato, questões de opinião e de intenção.
