Resumo: | In his fundamental book, A Theory of Musical Semiotics, Eero Tarasti endeavors to analyze Liszt’s piano workVallée d’Obermann from the point of view of semiotics. In a process of clever musical archaeology, the author revealsthe many layers that color the score of the Hungarian composer. The present article intends to make a few observationsat the margin of this text, trying to detail and comment the analysis by one of the most important Semiotics theoristsin the world. |

En un proceso de sagaz arqueología musical, el autor desvela las distintas capas que colorean la escritura del compositor húngaro. El presente artículo pretende hacer observaciones al margen de este texto, buscando detallar y comentar el análisis de uno de los más importantes teóricos de la semiología.Em seu livro basilar, A Theory of Musical Semiotics, Eero Tarasti empreende a análise semiótica da obra para piano Vallée d’Obermann, do compositor Franz Liszt. Num processo de arguta arqueologia musical, o autor desvenda as várias camadas que colorem a escrita do compositor húngaro.
