Resumo: Choral practice provides considerable benefits in the psychological, affective and social spheres, which favor inclusion and social cohesion. A study carried out with the participants of an inclusive choir. The objective is to carry out a descriptive analysis of the current situation of this choir to adapt and design actions that contribute to the improvement of psychological well-being. The sample is made up of 73 participants. The method used is ex post facto quantitative research, retrospective and comparative. The results reveal that there are differences in psychological well-being with respect to gender diversity and in those individuals who perceive psychological distress. People with functional diversity are not those who seem to have lower psychological well-being than those without functional diversity, although their levels of psychological well-being are lower. This aspect invites us to conclude that the activities proposed in the choir could enhance higher levels of psychological well-being.

Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG)2021-10-05info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersiontexttextinfo:eu-repo/semantics/othertext/htmltext/xmlapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/permusi/article/view/3518810.35699/2317-6377.2021.35188Per Musi; No. 41 (2021): General Topics; 1-16Per Musi; Núm. 41 (2021): General Topics; 1-16Per Musi; n. 41 (2021): General Topics; 1-162317-63771517-7599reponame:Per Musiinstname:Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (UFMG)instacron:UFMGspahttps://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/permusi/article/view/35188/37605https://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/permusi/article/view/35188/37606https://periodicos.ufmg.br/index.php/permusi/article/view/35188/28670Copyright (c) 2021 Per Musihttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessLópez-Casanova, M.
