Resumo: | Lourenço Filho’s Reform inserted Ceará in the national context of changes andpioneering. Due to that, some questions become imperative: to what extent have the modern and newanxieties affected, in an effective way, the basis for the primary school in Ceará? In what way, was theofficial ideary for the nation rehearsed in the school, or, in other words, how the attempt to convince ofthe belonging to this construction of identity called Nation came about? This article faces (deals with)those questions based on the indications given by the lesson plans of a primary school teacher. Thewritings of Isabel Pereira, a teacher at the Educational Group Capistrano de Abreu, in Maranguape,Ceará, in her manuscript “Class Plans – 1922”, suggests that she embraced the task of bringing into lifethe New School ideary, creating a pedagogical practice that would produce the so-called “new man” and,with him, a new society |

En este sentido, algunas preguntas se vuelven imperativas: ¿En qué medida losanhelos de modernización y novedad llegaron efectivamente al terreno de la escuela primaria en Ceará?,¿Cómo se ensayó el ideal oficial de la Nación en la escuela? o, en otras palabras, ¿Cómo se produjo elintento de "convencer" acerca de la pertenencia a esa "construcción de identidad" llamada Nación? Esteartículo trata de estas preguntas basadas en la evidencia proporcionada por los planes de clases de unamaestra de primaria. El escrito de Isabel Pereira, profesora del Grupo Escolar Capistrano de Abreu, deMaranguape, en Ceará, en su manuscrito “Planes de Clase - 1922”, como lo sugerimos, se lanzó a la tareade hacer viva la llama de la ideología escolanovista en una práctica pedagógica que produjo, suponemos,el “hombre nuevo” y, con él, una nueva sociedad.A Reforma Lourenço Filho inseriu o estado do Ceará no contexto nacional de mudanças epioneirismos. Nesse mister, algumas questões se tornam imperativas: até que ponto os anseiosmodernizantes e novidadeiros atingiram de forma efetiva o chão da escola primária cearense? De quemodo, na escola, o ideal oficial de Nação foi ensaiado, ou, em outros termos, como se deu a tentativa de“convencimento” do pertencimento a essa “construção identitária” chamada Nação? Este artigo enfrentaessas questões a partir de indícios fornecidos por planejamentos de aulas de uma professora primária.
