THE CONCEPTIONS OF TUTORS OF THE SUS ON ACTIVE METHODOLOGIES IN TRAINING OF THE HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

Resumo: | This article reports the conception of 15 health preceptors from the Western regionof Pará - who completed the Specialization Course for Preceptors of the SUS - on the activemethodologies of teaching learning as a strategy for training the professional. The information wascollected through the sociodemographic data sheet and semi-structured interview script. Foranalysis of the interviews was conducted using the technique of the Collective Subject DiscourseDSC and as a result it was found that for the preceptor of the active methodologies are ways tofacilitate learning, are techniques, instrumentation, that make you think and reason, making changesin your pedagogical practice, and on your way to act in the face of the daily life of thecouncellorship. |

La información se recopiló a través de la hoja de datos sociodemográfica sy el guiónde entrevista semiestructurado. Para el análisis de las entrevistas, se utilizó la técnica del DiscursoColectivo - CSD y como resultado se verificó que para el preceptor de salud las metodologíasactivas son formas de facilitar el aprendizaje, son técnicas, instrumentalización, que hacen pensar yrazón, permitiendo cambios en su práctica pedagógica, y en su forma de actuar frente a la vidadiaria de preceptory.Este artigo relata a concepção de 15 preceptores de saúde da região Oeste do Pará -que concluíram o Curso de Especialização para Preceptores do SUS - sobre as metodologias ativasde ensino aprendizagem como estratégia de formação do profissional. As informações foramcoletadas através da folha de dados sociodemográficos e roteiro de entrevista semiestruturada.
