DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF A DIGITAL VULNERABILITY IDENTIFICATION INSTRUMENT (Q-IVD) FOR PRIMARY EDUCATION STUDENTS

Resumo: The number of children and adolescents who make use of digital technologies at an increasingly early age has increased significantly. And considering that the inappropriate and abusive use of technologies can be harmful in several dimensions of human life, the systematization of the stages of development and validation of an instrument that aims to measure indicators of digital vulnerability among students of the 3rd year of the High school. The construction of the Digital Vulnerability Identification Questionnaire (Q-IVD) is based on the literature, and the type of content validation was chosen to evaluate, through the Delphi method, the judgment of experts about the contents present in the instrument. A panel of experts composed of 26 judges with training and experience in the fields of education and health participated in this validation process, and later, a group of students who contributed to the semantic analysis of the issues. The final version of the Q-IVD contains 24 questions distributed in four categories, and during the validation process, it was evidenced that this instrument has validated applicability also for different audiences, through improvement and cross-cultural adaptations, to investigate different correlations together with other research instruments. and statistical analysis.

Y considerando que el uso inapropiado y abusivo de las tecnologías puede ser nocivo en varias dimensiones de la vida humana, se realizó la sistematización de las etapas de elaboración y validación de un instrumento que tiene como objetivo medir indicadores de vulnerabilidad digital entre estudiantes del 3° año de la Enseñanza Media. . La construcción del Cuestionario de Identificación de Vulnerabilidad Digital (Q-IVD) se basa en la literatura, y el tipo de validación de contenido fue elegido para evaluar, a través del método Delphi, el juicio de expertos sobre los contenidos presentes en el instrumento. En este proceso de validación participó un panel de expertos compuesto por 26 jueces con formación y experiencia en los campos de la educación y la salud y, posteriormente, un grupo de estudiantes que contribuyeron al análisis semántico de los temas. La versión final del Q-IVD contiene 24 preguntas distribuidas en cuatro categorías, y durante el proceso de validación, se evidenció que este instrumento ha validado la aplicabilidad también para diferentes audiencias, a través de mejoras y adaptaciones transculturales, para investigar diferentes correlaciones junto con otros instrumentos de investigación y análisis estadístico.O número de crianças e adolescentes que fazem uso das tecnologias digitais cada vez mais precocemente tem aumentado de forma significativa. E considerando que o uso inadequado e abusivo das tecnologias pode ser prejudicial em várias dimensões da vida humana, será apresentado e discutido neste artigo a sistematização das etapas do desenvolvimento e validação de um instrumento que objetiva mensurar indicativos de vulnerabilidade digital entre estudantes do 3º ano do Ensino Médio. A construção do Questionário de Identificação de Vulnerabilidade Digital (Q-IVD) está fundamentada na literatura, sendo escolhido o tipo de validação de conteúdo para avaliar por meio do método Delphi, o julgamento de especialistas acerca dos conteúdos presentes no instrumento. Participaram desse processo de validação um painel de especialistas composto por 26 juízes com formação e atuação nos campos da educação e saúde, e posteriormente, um grupo de estudantes que contribuíram com a análise semântica das questões.
