The disorderly growth in metropolitan regions resulting from urbanization brought serious problems for the transport sector. One of the biggest problems of this development is that the geoeconomic structure overcomes its own geographical limits, causing individuals to have to move to other geographical sectors. These shifts are carried out by a labor market through what we call collective transport and some other road passenger transport. The characterization of the public passenger transport system is divided into characteristics of supply and demand. From this perspective, this work aims to identify the characteristics of a certain passenger behavior over a period of time so that companies in this sector can obtain a strategic planning that It makes possible the improvement in the public transport service that has been so criticized by its users. The current scenario of this sector is worrying due to a significant portion of the population using this service and the quantity of fleet that is made available, in view that today, public transport users spend a significant amount of time waiting for buses at designated points, as well as excess passengers and poor vehicle quality. According to the monthly feature and the general panorama of passengers we believe provide a model capable of being used so that companies can plan better in the months of greater passenger movement so that the public transport does not lose credibility.
