This course conclusion work is constituted in a literature review study on some of the coping strategies of child sexual violence, considered the promotion and prevention by NGOs, specialized services and public policies aimed at monitoring victims, their families and perpetrators, existing in southern and southeastern Brazil. The survey was conducted in the Scielo database using the keyword "sexual violence". For this study were selected nine articles published in Portuguese, which address the issue of child sexual violence. The results showed that there were many advances regarding the different proposals to deal with the complexity of sexual violence in childhood. However, there are still limitations and weaknesses in the change of a new conception as to deal more effectively with this problem, it is important to have a job Network through intersectoral, integration of actions and constant training of professionals. It requires an effort on the part of professionals, as communication is essential for the articulation of the actions happen. You can analyze further that before the articles studied, many of the proposals and actions are only in theory, and it becomes difficult to put them into practice. An example that I consider crucial concerns the offender's care and the unpreparedness of the professionals in the identification of cases of child sexual abuse, which can lead to the worsening of this.
