Resumo: The present work aimed to analyze the bibliometries of the people management area, identifying elements such as demography, thematic, social relations and methodology, to verify the results of the articles considered by the respective bibliometries, as well as to offer a research agenda for future investigations. The study was based on the application of the bibliometric method to the articles published by the national journals with the Qualis/CAPES stratum superior or equal to B2 of the administration area. The results pointed to a greater concentration of the themes 'Quality of Life at Work', 'People Management', 'Human Resources Management' and 'People Management Policies'. Also, through the verification of the sociometry of the keywords of the articles, an approximation of the nomenclatures of 'People Management' and 'Human Resources' was revealed.

O estudo se baseou na aplicação do método bibliométrico aos artigos publicados pelas revistas nacionais com estrato Qualis/CAPES superior ou igual a B2 da área de administração. Os resultados apontaram uma maior concentração das temáticas ‘Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho’, ‘Gestão de Pessoas’, ‘Gestão de Recursos Humanos’ e ‘Políticas de Gestão de Pessoas’.
