De início, introduz-se um estudo conciso acerca do papel exercido pela terceira Crítica no interior do projeto crítico de Kant, relacionando-a também a dois escritos menores. Em seguida, perscruta-se a argumentação kantiana nos parágrafos constituintes da Analítica do Belo, realizando, ao mesmo tempo, uma organização da disposição dos argumentos. Para tanto, dividiu-se a fundamentação dos juízos estéticos a respeito do belo em três linhas mestras: o argumento transcendental, a voz universal e a pressuposição de um sensus communis aestheticus. Depois, identifica-se que, no decorrer da fundamentação oferecida por Kant, manifesta-se um tipo de mistura de planos de incidência dos argumentos: o plano transcendental (a priori) e o plano empírico-social (a posteriori). Detectado o problema, parte-se para uma tentativa de conciliação argumentativa entre esses domínios de argumentação. Ao final, considerando a polissemia e a relevância do conceito de sentido comum usado por Kant, aloca-se um capítulo explorando acepções possíveis para essa expressão no contexto da argumentação do autor. Os resultados da pesquisa apontam que, não obstante haja uma alternância nos planos argumentativos, a teoria dos juízos estéticos elaborada pelo filósofo alemão consegue se sustentar em sua fundamentação transcendental.This dissertation aims to conduct a logical-argumentative investigation of the foundation of the judgment of taste regarding the beautiful as presented in the first part of Immanuel Kant's Critique of Judgment. Initially, a brief study is introduced regarding the role played by the third Critique within Kant's critical project, also relating it to two smaller writings. Subsequently, the Kantian argumentation contained in the constituent paragraphs of the Analytic of the Beautiful is examined, simultaneously organizing the arrangement of the arguments. To do so, the foundation of judgments of taste concerning the beautiful is divided into three main lines: the transcendental argument, the universal voice, and the assumption of an aesthetic common sense. Then, it is identified that throughout Kant's provided foundation, a type of mixture of argument incidence planes is manifested: the transcendental plane (a priori) and the empirical-social plane (a posteriori). Having identified the problem, an attempt is made to reconcile argumentatively between these domains of argumentation. Finally, considering the polysemy and relevance of the concept of common sense used by Kant, a chapter is allocated to exploring possible meanings for this expression within the author's argumentative context.
