Neste estudo, de cunho qualitativo, apresentamos o projeto de extensão “UNISALE Parceria Universidade-Escola”, enfocando os desdobramentos da presença de uma bolsista desse projeto em uma escola. Apoiados em princípios e procedimentos da análise de discurso, analisaremos entrevistas e narrativas geradas pela professora participante e notas de campo da pesquisadora. Apreendemos fios tecidos entre discursos contraditórios, que transitam entre a qualificação (admiração) e a desqualificação (ceticismo) do trabalho da universidade, desvelando uma relação distante e infrutífera entre as instituições. Ao mesmo tempo, capturamos possibilidades de rehistorização (Reis et al., 2019) desses discursos, relações e representações, pela presença física da universidade na escola. Defendemos, assim, o desenvolvimento de uma parceria universidade-escola genuinamente colaboradora, que integre pesquisa-ensino-extensão e favoreça a ressignificação das relações e representações entre os membros da universidade e da comunidade escolar, assim como os discursos que os perpassam.This paper aims to address the possible implications of the closeness between university and school based on the premise of “becoming presence” (Biesta, 2017) of the higher education in the school context. In this qualitative study, we introduce the extension project “UNISALE University-School Partnership” and focus on the events around the presence of a Project member at a school. Supported by principles and procedures of discourse analysis, interviews and narratives generated by the participating teacher and the researcher's field notes were analyzed. We observed contradictory discourses that move between the qualification (admiration) and the disqualification (skepticism) of the university's work, unveiling a distant and fruitless relationship between the institutions. At the same time, we capture possibilities of rehistorization (Reis et al., 2019) of these discourses, relationships and representations through the university physical presence at the school.
