THE GAME FOR TEACHING TRACK AND TRACK IN SCHOOL: STUDENTS' PERCEPTIONS ABOUT VALUES AND SKILLS FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Resumo: Given the scarcity of proposals for the effective inclusion of athletics in schools, this study addresses students' perceptions about a pedagogical experience that uses games to teach this sport, focusing on its implications for human development. 20 students from an elementary school class at a public school participated in the study. 24 interventions were given, using the game as a tool to develop athletics learning. The focus group were used a instrument. The students reported that they were able to experience and exercise various values that contributed to a behavioral change in relation to knowing, living, doing and being. The evidence highlights the need to propose and reframe athletics content at school. It was concluded that using the game for sports teaching, in addition to awakening students' enthusiasm, can be a resource for interfaces with human development and the BNCC.

En el estudio participaron 20 alumnos de una clase de primaria de un colegio público. Se realizaron 24 intervenciones utilizando el juego como herramienta para desarrollar el aprendizaje atlético. Se utilizaron como instrumento el grupo focal. Los estudiantes informaron que pudieron experimentar y ejercitar diversos valores que contribuyeron a un cambio de comportamiento en relación al saber, vivir, hacer y ser. La evidencia destaca la necesidad de proponer y replantear contenidos deportivos en la escuela. Se concluyó que la utilización del juego para la enseñanza deportiva, además de despertar el entusiasmo de los estudiantes, puede ser un recurso para interfaces con el desarrollo humano y el BNCC.Dada a escassez de propostas para a inserção efetiva do atletismo na escola, este estudo aborda as percepções de estudantes sobre uma experiência pedagógica que utiliza jogos para o ensino dessa modalidade esportiva, focando nas suas implicações para o desenvolvimento humano. Participaram do estudo, 20 estudantes de uma turma do ensino fundamental de uma escola pública. Foram ministradas 24 intervenções, tendo o jogo como ferramenta para se desenvolver a aprendizagem do atletismo. Utilizou-se como instrumento o grupo focal. Os estudantes relataram que puderam experimentar e exercitar vários valores que contribuíram numa mudança comportamental em relação ao conhecer, conviver, fazer e ser. As evidências ressaltam a necessidade de propor e ressignificar o conteúdo atletismo na escola.
