Resumo: This text aims to describe the constitution of the continuing education processes in Physical Education based on the participation in the Institutional Scholarship Initiative Program/ Physical Education “Cultura Esportiva da Escola” (School Sports Culture). More specifically, we intended to understand the modifications in their teaching practices. Research consisted in a qualitative case study based on the descriptive/reflective reports written by the supervisory teachers during their participation in the subproject Institutional Scholarship Initiative Program/ Physical Education. The study allowed us to examine the teachers’ involvement in the process of in-service continuing education.

The study allowed us to examine the teachers’ involvement in the process of in-service continuing education. Este texto pretende comprender como se constituyeron los procesos de formación continua en educación física a partir de la participación en el Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciación a la Docencia “Cultura Deportiva de la Escuela”. La pesquisa se constituyó de un estudio de caso en la perspectiva cualitativa, utilizando los memoriales descriptivos/formativos construidos por las profesoras supervisoras en los procesos de participación en el subproyecto Programa Institucional de Becas de Iniciación a la Docencia. Como resultado, percibimos la participación de las profesoras en el proceso de formación continua en servicio.Este texto se destina a compreender como se constituíram os processos de formação continuada em Educação Física a partir da participação no Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência/ Educação Física “Cultura Esportiva da Escola”, envolvendo professoras supervisoras nas diferentes ações programadas no subprojeto: grupo de estudos; planejamento coletivo das práticas pedagógicas a partir da troca de experiências. A pesquisa constitui-se de um estudo de caso na perspectiva qualitativa, utilizando os memoriais descritivos/formativos construídos nos processos de participação no subprojeto Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência/ Educação Física.
