Resumo: The objective of this work was to report and analyse a political-pedagogical experience with the teaching of games and playing of different cultures during Physical Education in High School. The experience was lived with a 2nd year class of the Mechanics course integrated with the High School of the Federal Institute of São Paulo for six months. The teacher's records and the work done by the students in the classes were data sources for the writing of this article. Board games and playing from various parts of Brazil and the world were experienced. The social markers of class, race, gender, religion, and generation that cross these bodily practices have been problematized. At the end of the educational project, we highlight our effort to build educational practices that value differences and multiculturalism, developing an intercultural and anti-racist pedagogy in Physical Education classes.

La experiencia se vivió con una clase de 2º año del curso de Mecánica integrada con la Escuela Secundaria del Instituto Federal de São Paulo durante seis meses. Los registros del maestro y el trabajo realizado por los estudiantes en clase fueron fuentes de datos para la redacción de este artículo. Se experimentaron juegos de mesa y juegos de diferentes partes de Brasil y del mundo. Se cuestionaron los marcadores sociales de clase, raza, género, religión y generación que cruzan estas prácticas corporales. Al final del proyecto educativo, destacamos nuestro esfuerzo por construir prácticas educativas que valoren las diferencias y el multiculturalismo, desarrollando una pedagogía intercultural y antirracista en las clases de Educación Física.Os projetos sociais esportivos têm como advento a promoção da prática de esportes e atividades física que aventem, também, possibilidades de transformações e ressignificações do status quo em ambientes com grandes demandas sociais, econômicas e educacionais. Dessa forma, o estudo buscou diagnosticar, em um projeto social esportivo, desenvolvido no contexto universitário, como são contemplados referenciais que contemplem os aspectos socioeducativos, técnico-táticos e histórico-cultural, chancelados pela disciplina da Pedagogia do Esporte e suas tendências metodológicas emergentes. A investigação foi pautada pela triangulação de dados oriundos de entrevistas com quatro dos membros fundadores, 11 responsáveis legais de alunos e alunas e análise documental do estatuto da instituição pesquisada. Os resultados demonstraram maior contemplação do referencial socioeducativo, realçando a importância de se estabelecer um contexto que viabilizem a participação, formação e a prática de valores sociais por meio do esporte, relativa preocupação com o referencial técnico-tático e lacunas quanto à exploração do referencial histórico-cultural no referido projeto social esportivo.
