Resumo: | The objective of this article is to carry out a brief bibliographic review on Body Studies in History, proposing a reflection on the historiography of the body and its consequences in the studies of gender and sexualities. I cover various discourses already produced about the body and its senses in different historical periods, demonstrating a possibility of bringing historiography and Body Studies closer together, in addition to making some considerations about methodological work with sources and documents for the body. |
