Resumo: This work aims to demonstrate public policies in Brazilian prison work, presenting public policies that can be applied in prison, as well as describing what their effects will be on citizens who are in prison and analyzing whether these public policies will bring any benefit to society as a whole. Collaborating with the importance of public policies, for individuals who are in prison to obtain resocialization to return to social coexistence and present the real needs so that the function of prison is really applied to each individual.
