Resumo: This study aims to reflect on the presence of Black women in politics, considering that they have historically been silenced and underrepresented in positions of power. The research is exploratory in nature, utilizing a qualitative approach and employing the investigative trends technique. The study was conducted on the Scielo Platform to explore the studies produced regarding the presence of Black women in the political sphere. We hope that this reflection contributes to promoting the necessary debate on the subject, as well as contemplating inclusion and equity in this context. The results indicate that the low presence of Black women in the Brazilian political landscape is a reflection of sexism, racism, and patriarchy, which, despite women's achievements, still persist in Brazil.

A pesquisa é de caráter exploratório, abordagem qualitativa e realizada a partir da técnica tendências investigativas, realizada na Plataforma Scielo, a fim de conhecer os estudos produzidos sobre a presença da mulher negra no espaço político. Esperamos que a reflexão contribua para ajudar a promover o necessário debate sobre o tema, além de refletir sobre a inclusão e a equidade nesse contexto.
