Resumo: The present work consists of a report of the experiences arising from the participation in the Program Pedagogical Residence (PRP) during the graduation of the course of Bachelor in Pedagogy of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul - UFMS, with the aim of reporting the experiences occurred in the PRP, as well as the perceptions of the reality in the school environment and challenges faced during the planning, in the period of May to October of the year two thousand twenty-three (2023), and to foster reflections on the importance and impact of the program on teaching training.
