Resumo: This monograph aims to analyze the debenture institute within Brazilian commercial practice, observing the nuances of the behavior of the debenture market and its expressions before commercial law, understanding the relevance of this title to society and how this title contributes to the market internal in its daily practice and what are its dynamics in the face of recent updates of commercial law and socioeconomic scenario, observing the newest legislative updates such as complementary law n. 182/21, and laws in instances of legislative approval such as Project Law 3324/2020 that it aims at issuance by corporate type outside the scope of Law 6,404/76, and the doctrinal currents that analyze the possibility of issuing debentures for commercial purposes.
