The study aims to address how education and technology aimed at elderly people can significantly influence their daily lives, as well as the limitations of the aging process, given that access to technology for elderly people has been somewhat treated with indifference, since many of these individuals often have difficulty adapting to the more globalized world. Furthermore, the research used bibliographic, documentary, statistical procedures and field research carried out through questionnaires filled out by seven enrolled in IT classes for elderly people linked to the extension project of the University of the Best Age (UMI), both extension of the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, Três Lagoas. After analyzing the evaluation questionnaire, the result showed a high level of satisfaction among the elderly participants in the project, as well as contributing to the improvement of skills in using digital tools and finally contributing to the social integration of the participants. Digital inclusion has a significant impact on the lives of elderly people, especially in the area of health, by stimulating memory, as well as triggering an increase in their autonomy, and due to this appreciation, they feel more participative in society.
