Resumo: ABSTRACT This is doctorate research which proposes problematize how LGBT students, from a state public school in Mato Grosso do Sul, in Campo Grande city, studying high school, act in front of the subjection devices who are submitted, by the cultural and social conditions, in their sexuality and genre. It aims to understand how the subjects involved (teenagers) deal with the prejudice and exercise self-practice that impact and make tense the speech that the school is heteronormative. For that, at the first moment, it was necessary to approach the reality to be investigated and the knowledge from several aspects from the school community and the subjects who are part of this study, in the sense of detecting different representations which are assigned to this student’s group. The theoretical ballast comes from Foucault postulates, sustained by an empirical and analytical base, that procedures to be adopted privilege ethnographic aspects, such as the school routine and education, designed by the social and cultural practices, throw the different selection mechanisms that subsidize records which indicate students’ meanings, perceptions, narratives that position them as LGBT and also the teachers who were analysed during this research. The posted problem that the school is exclusively heteronormative, in the institution different facets are shaken duo to the several dynamics, practices and speech that happen along the research. This work rattles the restricted and naturalized view of a school concept. Keywords: Heteronormativity; Teenagers; LGBT; Self- practice; School.

Keywords: Heteronormativity; Teenagers; LGBT; Self- practice; School.Trata-se de uma pesquisa de doutorado que propõe problematizar a forma que alunos e alunas LGBT, matriculados no Ensino Médio em uma escola pública da Rede Estadual de Ensino do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul situada no município de Campo Grande, agem diante dos dispositivos de sujeição a que são submetidos, pelas condições culturais e sociais, nas suas sexualidades e no seu gênero. O objetivo do estudo é compreender de que modo os sujeitos envolvidos (jovens adolescentes) lidam com os preconceitos e exercitam práticas de si que impactam e tensionam o discurso de que a escola é heteronormativa. Para isso, no primeiro momento, foi necessária a aproximação com a realidade a ser investigada e o conhecimento de diversos aspectos da comunidade escolar e dos sujeitos que constituem este estudo, no sentido de detectar as diferentes representações que são atribuídas a esse grupo de alunos. O lastro teórico parte de alguns postulados Foucaultianos, sustentado por uma base empírica e analítica, cujos procedimentos adotados privilegiam aspectos etnográficos, como o cotidiano escolar e a educação, concebidos pelos processos das práticas sociais e culturais, pelos diferentes mecanismos de seleção que subsidiem registros que indiquem significados, percepções e narrativas dos estudantes que se posicionam como LGBT e dos professores que foram acompanhados durante a pesquisa. A problemática posta de que a escola seja exclusivamente heteronormativa, nas diferentes facetas da instituição, é abalada frente às diversas dinâmicas, práticas e discursos que ocorrem ao longo da pesquisa.
