Resumo: Moral harassment is a form of violence and can be characterized as any abusive conduct identified by gestures, words, acts, which places the other in a humiliating situation, causing psychological damage to the personality and integrity of the harassed person. The internship is a legal relationship between the intern, the grantor and the Educational Institution made official through the TCE – Internship Commitment Term and supported by Law 11,788/2008 and cannot exceed limits established in the aforementioned federal standard. Moral harassment against interns permeates several companies, being silenced by the inexperience of the intern and by the subjection to pecuniary compensation to maintain their studies, making students vulnerable victims of manipulation and humiliation, causing damage to physical and emotional health. Therefore, a supervisory body must be created with easily accessible reporting channels, so that they can be made anonymously or not, along with psychological support for interns, in which they feel comfortable reporting abuses through these channels, in addition to monitor compliance with Internship Law No. 11,788/08.

O estágio é uma relação jurídica entre estagiário com a concedente e a Instituição de Ensino oficializada por meio do TCE – Termo de Compromisso de Estágio e amparado pela Lei 11.788/2008, não podendo ultrapassar limites estabelecidos na referida norma federal. O assédio moral contra o estagiário permeia por várias empresas, sendo silenciados pela inexperiência do estagiário e pela sujeição a contraprestação pecuniária para manter seus estudos tornando os estudantes vítimas vulneráveis da prática de manipulações e humilhações, repercutindo danos à saúde física e emocional.
