Resumo: The aim of this work was to develop a business plan for the Divino Cuscuz couscous shop in the city of Chapadão do Sul - MS, with the purpose of evaluating its viability. To achieve this objective, several procedures and methodological steps were followed, which included: market research that involved the collection of valuable data through quantitative and qualitative research, the analysis of competitors' practices, in addition to the study of suppliers, through a secondary data search. It was possible to create the marketing plan, the operational plan and the financial plan, covering fundamental details of the future business. Thanks to these methods, it was possible to create a comprehensive business plan, providing detailed information on the main functional areas of the enterprise. Furthermore, this plan allowed the analysis of business viability indicators. Thus, it was possible to confirm the viability of the Divino Cuscuz cuzcuzeria in the municipality of Chapadão do Sul – MS.

Para atingir esse objetivo, foram seguidos diversos procedimentos e etapas metodológicas que incluíram: uma pesquisa de mercado que envolveu a coleta de dados através de uma pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa, a análise das práticas dos concorrentes, além do estudo dos fornecedores, por meio de uma pesquisa de dados secundários. Foi possível a criação do plano de marketing, do plano operacional e o plano financeiro, abordando detalhes fundamentais do futuro negócio. Graças a esses métodos, foi possível criar um plano de negócios abrangente, fornecendo informações detalhadas sobre as principais áreas funcionais do empreendimento. Além disso, esse plano permitiu a análise dos indicadores de viabilidade do negócio.
