Resumo: This paper aims to analyze data related to occupational health and safety in an agro-industrial cooperative. To this end, the literature review discusses occupational health and safety, legislation on the subject and studies on occupational health and safety in agro-industrial cooperatives. The research was characterized as quantitative descriptive with participant and documentary research. The period from 2013 to 2022 was analyzed and the results analyzed based on descriptive statistics. As a result, we realized that, in the last 10 years, there were a total of 154 work accidents, with an average of 15.4 accidents per year. The high number of commuting accidents stands out, with 28 accidents, representing an average of 2.8 commuting accidents per year. In general, it is noteworthy that the calculated rates show that the cooperative has controlled levels of accidents. We concluded that, even with improvement actions and programs, with lectures, training and mobilizations, and with the cooperative following all legislation, mainly through the delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), the risk of accidents is imminent, requiring routine prevention actions.

Para tanto, a revisão da literatura discorre sobre a saúde e segurança do trabalho, legislação sobre o tema e estudos sobre saúde e segurança do trabalho em cooperativas agroindustriais. A pesquisa foi caracterizada como quantitativa descritiva com pesquisa participante e documental. Foi analisado o período de 2013 a 2022 e os resultados analisados com base em estatística descritiva. Como resultados, pode-se perceber que, nos últimos 10 anos, houve um total de 154 acidentes de trabalho, tendo uma média de 15,4 acidentes por ano. Destaca-se o alto número de acidentes trajeto, sendo 28 acidentes, caracterizando uma média de 2,8 acidentes de trajeto por ano. De modo geral, destaca-se que as taxas calculadas mostram que a cooperativa tem níveis controlados de acidentes.
