This is a qualitative research, its objective is to analyze the perceptions of the employees who occupy the positions of administrative support and educational administrative technical, about Quality of Life at Work and seek to identify if there is a QWL program within the Edith unit. Pereira Barbosa. Data collection made it possible to use technology to their advantage, developing the collection through the WhatsApp application. Walton's theory (1973), is the basis that guides this research, the questionnaire was elaborated before the eight dimensions presented by the author. The results presented were partially divided, among the positive and negative opinions, some factors had a more punctual positioning, such as: satisfaction with the workload and the conciliation between personal and professional life. Some negative points were listed as they, lack of communication between management and sectors and the report of some servers who claim to be treated differently by colleagues who occupy other positions. The unit needs to promote better conditions for these individuals seeking to ensure a more pleasant and safe environment. Faced with support and technical positions, they need further studies seeking to break the paradigms that surround these positions within the public sector. Feeling belonging, motivated, employees tend8 to perform their functions more efficiently, ensuring value to the service provided to the school community.
