Resumo: | The Corn, grain most produced in the world made new technologies were applied to their management of them the best conditioning and availability of nutrients in the soil to this the present study was to evaluate different doses of phosphogypsum in second crop corn. The study was developed in Sinop-MT in 2015/16 crop in no tillage after soybean harvest. The experimental design used was completely randomized design with four doses of gypsum (0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0 t ha-1) with 3 repetitions. The area used for the experiment was of 264m², and each portion was represented by an area of 15.75 m². The following characteristics were evaluated: plant height, ear insertion height, stem diameter, mass cob with straw without straw spike mass, number of row per ear, number of grain per row in the ear, thousand grain weight and productivity of each plot. Among the parameters evaluated, there was a significant reduction in plant height values, ear insertion height, stem diameter and productivity across the application of increasing doses of phosphogypsum. The conditions in which this study was carried out can be concluded that: a) application of phosphogypsum affect the growth and development of the second mayze crop in limed soil and under high rainfall intensity, b) adding gypsum does not influence the components of the yield of second maize crop the north of MT, and c) the productivity of the second maize crop is reduced when performingthe application of gypsum. |
