Resumo: This research presents the job market for the teacher, especially graduates in Geography, shows in a general and quantitative way at the state and municipal levels. It brings to light the difficulties faced in this path called Education. It presents the new directions that changes in education have been taking in the state education system, favorable with federal legislation, as is the case of Comprehensive Integral Education in Mato Grosso, specifically in Rondonópolis. It is exposed in this work the number of students graduated by UFMT from the adherence of this institution of Higher Education to the grade obtained by ENEM that was of 2010 and is being counted until the middle of the academic year of 2016, as well as the absorption of this available workforce to the labor market.

Traz à tona as dificuldades enfrentadas nesse caminho chamado Educação. Apresenta os novos rumos que as mudanças na educação vem tomando na rede estadual de ensino, favorável com legislação federal, como é o caso da Educação Integral de Tempo Integral em Mato Grosso, especificamente em Rondonópolis.
