Resumo: The research proposes to define the National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE) of the D block of the College of Architecture, Engineering and Technology (FAET), through the use of manuals produced by the National Institute of Metrology, Standardization and Industrial Quality (INMETRO). The analysis of the building consists 1n evaluating the lighting and air conditioning, the analysis of these two items was chosen because they are simpler to adapt and possible retrofits aimed at a higher level of efficiency. For the evaluation the PROCEL - Edifica prescriptive labeling method was used, which is described in the RTQ-C.
