Resumo: | Introduction: Dengue, Zika Virus, Yellow Fever and Chikungunya Fever are important arboviruses that affect man and are a serious public health problem in climatic areas, and can be transmitted by the Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. Climate change, population increase and air and land traffic are some factors related to their proliferation. The objective of this study was to evaluate the frequency of Ae. aegypti and Ae. albopictus at the Federal University of Mato Grosso Araguaia University Campus (UFMT / CUA), correlating with abiotic factors: temperature, relative air concentration and rainfall. Eight trap locations were chosen by the UFMT / CUA campus, every 30 days as traps were collected and performed in the egg count on the straws. The ovitrampa positivity index (IPO) and egg density index (IDO) were calculated and as positive straws were analyzed for the species and sex of the mosquito. In this study, 95 straws were collected with 65.26% positive straws, totaling 3,023 eggs during the twelve months of research. Among the places where there was greater positivity of the reeds highlighted in the University Restaurant and the Administrative Sector for presenting an intense flow of people. When compared to the number of eggs with abiotic factors, we observed that with the increase in the number of eggs and rainfall, the number of eggs increased in relation to the number of dengue cases reported in the municipality not observed in relation to the amount of eggs. eggs . Regarding the adults that hatched from eggs collected in a total of 68 adults, 41 of Aedes aegypti and 27 of Aedes albopictus, despite the predominance of Aedes aegypti observed with the presence of structures such as split species or even breeder. Conclude in our study that Aedes eggs were found in various locations on the UFMT / CUA campus throughout the study, exposed to these Ae preventive measures. aegypti throughout the year to avoid transmission of the main arboviruses transmitted by these vectors. |
