Resumo: | noculation is one of the most used practices in leguminous crops. This work aims to analyze the effects of different forms (liquid and peat) and ways (seed, furrow and foliar) of applying Bradyrhizobium japonicum inoculant to soybean crop. The trial design used was a randomized block design, with 7 treatments and 3 repetitions. The treatments were constituted by the application of Bradyrhizobium japonicum inoculant in liquid form with a concentration of 1x1010 UFC mL-1 at the recommended dosage for seed treatment; in peat form with a concentration of 8x109 UFC g-1 (twice the recommended dosage) in seed treatment; in liquid form at a concentrationof 1x1010 CFU mL-1 (three times the recommended dose) by furrow sprayer; in liquid form in seed treatment plus foliar application at vegetative stage V4 (five times the recommended dose); in peat form in seed treatment plus foliar application at vegetative stage V4 (five times the recommended dose); in liquid form in seed treatment plus application of Nitrogen in cover at a dose of 200 kg ha -1 . The number of nodules, foliar nitrogen analysis, plant height, weight of 10 plants in one meter and productivity were verified. The Tukey test at 5% of probability indicated significant differences among treatments for the number of nodules, foliar nitrogen and yield. The variable number of nodules in the treatments ST liquid and peaty with foliar application presented the highest averages, while for the plant height the treatments ST peaty with and without foliar application, furrow sprayer reached the highest averages. In the foliar nitrogen analyses, the treatments had no significant differences, and as for yield, the Furrow Sprayer treatment excelled among the others. |
