Resumo: Brazil is one of the largest exporters of grains in the world, and the state of Mato Grosso is its largest producer. The high productivity creates a high rate of grain flow that is mainly done through the brazilian roadways. Given the importance of the subject, this study has the objective of analyzing the traffic conditions on the Garças River bridge between the cities of Barra do Garças - MT and Pontal do Araguaia - MT, through the vehicle equivalences for vehicles in transit in Brazil, where trucks and buses due to their greater length occupy a greater space on the road in relation to small vehicles such as cars and motorcycles, causing formation of lines, congestion and discomfort for users, also analyze the condition of service and the capacity that the road meets due to their characteristics.

A grande produtividade cria uma elevada taxa de escoamento de grãos, que é feita principalmente através da malha rodoviária.
