Percepção de gestantes, puérperas e enfermeiros sobre a atuação da enfermagem no pré-natal : revisão integrativa da literatura

Introduction: Pregnancy establishes a period marked by major changes in the woman and her partner take responsibility for the life of a new being that is coming. Therefore, the yearning and the pregnant woman's expectations about the process of childbirth and birth take the woman to feelings of fear and doubt, the unsafe actions, and often pessimistic during pregnancy. The Ministry of Health recommends that attention to women in pregnancy and childbirth is marked by humanization and quality of care. This requires that professionals involved incorporate pipelines backed by the host, facilitate the access of pregnant women to health services, with priority actions have elapsed all health care levels. Objective Identify the perception of pregnant women, postpartum and nursing, as the obtained knowledge level and its importance for their experiences, as the mother and puépera, referring to the care and prenatal care received by the nursing professional. Method: integrative literature review, exploratory and with qualitative approach using the following keywords: Pregnant women; mothers; Prenatal care; Nursing care; Health Education. Of the 709 articles found, 19 were used for the final analysis, according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results and discussion: The results address the nurses' understanding about the assistance provided prenatal care, the perception of pregnant and postpartum women about prenatal applied by nursing professionals, feelings of women in pregnancy and postpartum period. And all the results coming from lines, and these to remain anonymous, flower names were used. And the themes arising from the speeches are presented, analyzed and discussed based on theoretical frameworks on the principle of completeness. Final Thoughts: It was concluded that there is a good understanding by the nurses with respect to assistance provided prenatal and positive perception of pregnant and postpartum women about the performance of nursing professionals about the care provided.
