Resumo: This paper presents the experiences of two teachers during Paulo Freire as a municipal secretary of education in São Paulo, showing Freirean premises in the training processes of the researchers. The text presents, through those experiences, considerations about Freirean concepts in their professional practices and in the studies developed by the research groups they lead. It concludes that educational actions (re)founded under the Freirean prism are important instances of insurgencies and resistance to the instrumental perspective, in the struggle for an emancipatory and solidary education, making the viable unprecedented a possible utopia.

El texto busca presentar, a través de las experiencias mencionadas, los conceptos básicos de Freire en sus prácticas profesionales y en los estudios desarrollados por los grupos de investigación que lideran. Se concluye que las acciones educativas (re)fundadas bajo el prisma freireano se sitúan como instancias importantes de insurgencias y resistencias a la perspectiva instrumental, en la lucha por una educación emancipatoria y solidaria, viabilizando lo inédito en una utopía posible.O artigo apresenta as vivências de duas professoras na gestão de Paulo Freire como secretário municipal de educação de São Paulo, mostrando o papel capital das premissas freirianas nos processos formativos das pesquisadoras. A pesquisa formação busca apresentar, por meio das aludidas vivências, conceitos freirianos basilares em suas práticas profissionais e nos estudos desenvolvidos pelos grupos de pesquisa por elas liderados.
