THE CONTRIBUTIONS OF THE GAME OF THE TRACK FOR THE LEARNING OF THE FOUR MATHEMATICAL OPERATIONS OF THE STUDENTS OF THE 6TH YEAR OF FUNDAMENTAL EDUCATION

Resumo: This work presents the results of a pedagogical proposal applied to the 6th grade of the Elementary School of a public school of the municipality of Barreirinha, Amazonas, Brazil. It addresses the contributions of the game of the tail for learning the four Mathematics operations within the process of teaching and learning Mathematics, enabling the student and the educator, a new methodology for teaching learning. The results obtained are organized in three moments that present and discuss these results. The first moment presents the observations made in the classroom in order to verify the actual situation of the students’ performance in the learning of the four mathematical operations. In the second moment, the authors describe the results obtained through the contributions of the  trail game that was applied by means of a workshop for the teaching of the four basic operations of mathematics, and the third moment, presents and describes the results obtained during the conversation  with the students and the interview with the teachers  of the 6th grade class  in relation to Mathematics classes and the importance of the  games, principally, the game of the trail of the four mathematical operations for the students’ learning.

Os resultados obtidos estão organizados em três momentos que apresentam e discutem tais resultados. O primeiro momento, apresenta as observações feitas em sala de aula a fim de verificar a real situação do desempenho dos alunos no aprendizado das quatro operações matemáticas.
