Resumo: | The present article makes a study about the state of the art of the methodologies used in the national scientific production for the training of Science Teachers with a Science, Technology and Society (CTS) approach with a cut for the Teaching of Biology. For this, a bibliographical research was carried out in the repository of the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) of the postgraduate programs for a period of ten years (2007 to 2016) that discuss the said theme, whose objective is to analyze the researches on the teaching of Sciences in light of the paradigmatic and methodological differences found in some scientific productions. In the results it was observed that most of the 26 dissertations and theses selected and analyzed on the formation of the teacher of Science teaching with CTS focus, evidenced the qualitative paradigm as being the most used, making a total of 17 works, regarding the mixed paradigm this was used in 06 papers, only one thesis adopted the exploratory / descriptive approach and two theses did not specify which paradigm was used in the respective productions. As for the techniques and instruments of data collection, an important variety was evidenced in the works produced, this variety was due to the research object requiring the researchers to make these choices as the most coherent to collect the data and to highlight the latent phenomenon in their researches.Data collection techniques and instruments include action research, interview, questionnaire, oral history, life history, among others present in theses and dissertations. |
