MANAGEMENT OF THE SUBJECT OF A TEACHER WHO TEACHES MATHEMATICS: KNOWLEDGE MOBILIZED IN PRACTICE

Resumo: | This article aims to investigate the epistemology of the professional practice of a successful teacher who teaches mathematics, that is, the investigation intends to unveil a set of knowledge mobilized by this teacher in her pedagogical practice. For this, we chose to focus on strategies used by the teacher in the classroom with regard to the management of the subject. The teacher, a research participant, teaches mathematics to elementary school students in a public school located in the interior of Minas Gerais. The sources of data that support the research were: interviews with the teacher, observation of classes and a questionnaire answered by the students. From these sources it was possible to evidence a set of knowledge mobilized by the teacher in her pedagogical action, such as, for example, the knowledge constructed in the interaction with peers, the knowledge of affection in the teacher-student relationship and the knowledge of initial, continuing and connection with the globalized world. The results made explicit aspects of the teacher's pedagogical action in relation to class management and subject management, discussing some elements such as content review, motivational embellishments, collaborative work and autonomy. |

Para ello, optamos por centrarnos en las estrategias que utiliza el docente en el aula, en lo que respecta al manejo de la asignatura. María, el nombre ficticio de la participante, enseña a estudiantes de la Escuela Primaria II en una escuela pública ubicada en el interior de Minas Gerais. Las fuentes de datos que apoyaron la investigación fueron: entrevistas realizadas al docente, observación en clase y cuestionario respondido por los estudiantes. A partir de estas fuentes se pudo evidenciar un conjunto de conocimientos movilizados por María en su acción pedagógica, por ejemplo, el conocimiento construido en la interacción con los pares, el conocimiento del afecto en la relación maestro-alumno y el conocimiento de los conocimientos iniciales, continuos y continuos. conexión con el mundo globalizado. Los resultados explicaron aspectos de la acción pedagógica del docente en relación con la gestión de clases y la gestión de asignaturas, discutiendo algunos elementos como revisión de contenido, adornos motivacionales, trabajo colaborativo y autonomía.Este artigo tem como objetivo investigar a epistemologia da prática profissional de uma professora que ensina Matemática, ou seja, a investigação pretende desvelar um conjunto de saberes mobilizados por ela em sua prática pedagógica. Para isso, optamos por focar em estratégias utilizadas pela professora na sala de aula, no que se refere à gestão da matéria. Maria, nome fictício da participante, leciona para estudantes do Ensino Fundamental II em uma escola pública localizada no interior de Minas Gerais. As fontes dos dados que sustentaram a pesquisa foram: entrevistas realizadas com a professora, observação de aulas e questionário respondido pelos alunos. A partir dessas fontes, foi possível evidenciar um conjunto de saberes mobilizados por Maria na sua ação pedagógica. São exemplos: os saberes construídos na interação com os pares, os saberes do afeto na relação professor-aluno e os saberes da formação inicial, continuada e de conexão com o mundo globalizado.
