Poéticas da mobilidade urbana em Cuiabá : cartografias e intervenções artísticas

The purpose of this research is to present the urban mobility in Cuiabá, as an issue in the city, based on poetic experiences in urban daily life, in order to promote visibility for the theme. The discussion begins at the problematic that involves the car as a protagonist in the relations with the city space, also presenting the triggering of this perception in the secondary characters, interpreted / experienced by us, pedestrians. The first experience is the description of cartographic processes, carried out from living as a pedestrian / researcher through the streets of Cuiabá, using walking in the subjective construction of the city. The second is a performative program created in the dialogue between performance and urban intervention, using as an example the performance Homem Carro, held in Cuiabá in 2018. The third is the creation and monitoring of a user account on the social network Instagram, called @umpedestreemcuiaba, as a way to collectivize thinking in an attempt to verify the feeling regarding urban mobility in the city and the conditions offered to active transport. This research is presented through interdisciplinary dialogues with several authors, among them: Eleonora Fabião to understand performance; Milton Santos, Henri Lefebvre and Paola Berenstein Jacques, by relating notions of space to body and urban intervention; Francesco Careri, in walking as an aesthetic act; and Eduardo Vasconcellos, presenting the way of looking at urban mobility.
