Resumo: This research arises from the perception of the author when observing that in different cultural contexts are present different knowledge, originating from tradition and outside it. These knowledges are mixed up, now they are dissociated in social practices. This uneasiness motivated the author to verify how mathematical knowledge dialogues in this context and is where the central problem of this research, arises that consists of discussing in what way the mathematical know-how Mamaindê and the mathematical knowledge outside its culture establish intersections in their everyday social practices In the village? In this sense and having as object of research the mathematical knowledges and actions of the Mamaindê people we consider as a general objective of this thesis to analyze in the Mamaindê social practices the relation between the mathematical knowledge of the tradition in intersection with the mathematical knowledge outside its culture in the daily life . In order to support this discussion, it was necessary to trace a path that would enable us to know the cultural universe of the Mamaindê people and their social practices, to identify the notions and mathematical conceptions of this culture and its exteriors and their uses in the day to day village. To relate these conceptions to the social practices present there. It was necessary to define categories in order to facilitate the analysis and understanding of the process of cultural hybridization generated from these practices. In addition to analyzing the way in which the intersections between these cultural knowledge and mathematical practices and their importance in the social practices of the village occur. The narrative here created brings to the center of the debate the following thesis: in Mamaindê social practices, traditional mathematics and the exterior of the village are sometimes mixed up, now they are distinguished, sometimes one is overcome to the detriment of the other. This discussion gains locus in the village Mamaindê Cabixi, subgroup of the Nambikwara ethnic group, based on the Cabixi River territory of Mato Grosso forming an aquifer with the State of Rondônia. The context required the structuring of the thesis in sections in which we present from section 1 the intrinsic relation of the author with the theme and the outline of the thesis, a theoretical methodological reference based on the structuralist method provided in ethnographic resources to obtain data that are Link to the thesis through semiotic mechanisms of photo analysis, audio and video recordings, making use of the generative path of meaning advocated by Algirdas Julien Greimas. In order to define the main categories of analysis, in order to define an identity trajectory lived by the Mamaindê people of the Cabixi village, beginning in the colonial period and ending in the current day-to-day life, where the debate about social relations emerges where it is possible to verify in their practices Social, study, work, festivities and more, present in the customs and customs of the village, where the school is taken as one of the social spaces of research. In this day and age the traditional and external mathematical knowledge emerge, which in this specific section are approached and given the theoretical support necessary to analyze the traditional and external mathematical knowledge through the generative path of meaning, identifying the discourses present in these social practices, discourses Addressed in an eighth section in which they are categorized in order to corroborate the proposed thesis and to answer in a minimal way how this relation between indigenous mathematical knowledge and external knowledge in the social practice of Cabixi village occurs.
