Resumo: | The aim of the article is to discuss how plane geometry is included in three standardized exams: the National High School Exam (Enem); the National Examination for Certification of Skills for Young People and Adults (Encceja); and the National Student Performance Examination (Enade). Methodologically, this is a documentary research, which takes a qualitative approach, in which data analysis was performed in a descriptive and interpretive manner. The main results showed the potential and adaptability of this content in external applications applied on a large scale to different levels and modalities of teaching. Thus, it is expected that this study can help students and teachers, considering the teaching and learning process of the discipline, bringing gains for an improvement in the quality of education, evidenced by standardized exams. |

Metodológicamente, se trata de una investigación documental, que tiene un enfoque cualitativo, en la que el análisis de datos se realizó de forma descriptiva e interpretativa. Los resultados presentados mostraron el potencial y la adaptabilidad de este contenido en evaluaciones externas aplicadas a gran escala a diferentes niveles y modalidades de enseñanza. Así, se espera que este estudio pueda ayudar a estudiantes y docentes, considerando el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la disciplina, aportando ganancias para mejorar la calidad de la educación, evidenciado por exámenes estandarizados.O objetivo deste artigo é discutir sobre como a Geometria Plana está inserida em três exames estandardizados: o Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio (Enem); o Exame Nacional para Certificação de Competências de Jovens e Adultos (Encceja); e Exame Nacional de Desempenho dos Estudantes (Enade). Metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa documental, que assume uma abordagem qualitativa, em que a análise dos dados foi realizada de maneira descritiva e interpretativa. Os resultados apresentados evidenciaram as potencialidades e a adaptabilidade desse conteúdo em avaliações externas aplicadas em larga escala para diferentes níveis e modalidades de ensino.
