PARTICIPATIVE INTERNSHIP IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: what do Pedagogy students propose to improve public schools in Porto Velho?

This article refers to the formative experiences of 69 sutdents from two classes of a Pedagogy course in School offices, Supervisions and School managements of 32 public schools in Porto Velho. It aims to raise, supported by the methodological perspective of pedagogical intervention, proposals from these students to improve contexts and processes intrinsic to these three schools sectors. The context from which this investigation originates is what has been called “participatory internships”, a movement materialized on the 'Supervised Internship in School Management' discipline of the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Rondônia. The research, a Case Study on a qualitative approach, used a documental analysis of 39 Intervention Projects developed by the students – requirements for the discipline conclusion and triggers for proposals for the three schools sectors where they had internships. The projects analysis revealed: interns students more concern with themes such as violence/indiscipline and didactic aspects, manifested, each, in nine projects. It is also worth highlighting proposals for six projects on the family-school relationship, five related to the sectors physical space adaptation and four aimed at the implementation of technologies to support management and at the environmental education activities.
