PARTICIPATIVE INTERNSHIP IN SCHOOL MANAGEMENT: what do Pedagogy students propose to improve public schools in Porto Velho?

Resumo: This article refers to the formative experiences of 69 sutdents from two classes of a Pedagogy course in School offices, Supervisions and School managements of 32 public schools in Porto Velho. It aims to raise, supported by the methodological perspective of pedagogical intervention, proposals from these students to improve contexts and processes intrinsic to these three schools sectors. The context from which this investigation originates is what has been called “participatory internships”, a movement materialized on the 'Supervised Internship in School Management' discipline of the Pedagogy course at the Federal University of Rondônia. The research, a Case Study on a qualitative approach, used a documental analysis of 39 Intervention Projects developed by the students – requirements for the discipline conclusion and triggers for proposals for the three schools sectors where they had internships. The projects analysis revealed: interns students more concern with themes such as violence/indiscipline and didactic aspects, manifested, each, in nine projects. It is also worth highlighting proposals for six projects on the family-school relationship, five related to the sectors physical space adaptation and four aimed at the implementation of technologies to support management and at the environmental education activities.

Su objetivo es plantear, a partir de la perspectiva metodológica intervención pedagógica, propuestas de estos estudiantes para mejorar contextos y procesos intrínsecos a estos tres sectores escolares. El contexto en el que se origina la presente investigación es lo que se denominó "pasantías participativas", movimiento materializado en la disciplina de 'Pasantía Supervisada en Gestión Escolar' de la carrera de Pedagogía de la Universidad Federal de Rondônia. La investigación, con abordaje cualitativo y del tipo Estudio de Caso, utilizó un análisis documental de 39 Proyectos de Intervención desarrollados por los estudiantes - requisito para la culminación de la disciplina y disparadores de propuestas para los tres sectores mencionados de las escuelas donde fueron desarrollados. El análisis de los proyectos reveló: mayor preocupación de los pasantes con los temas de violencia/indisciplina y aspectos didácticos, manifiesto, cada uno, en nueve proyectos. También vale la pena mencionar las propuestas de seis proyectos sobre la relación familia-escuela, cinco relacionados con la adecuación del espacio físico y cuatro destinados a la implementación de tecnologías para apoyar las actividades de gestión y educación ambiental.Este artigo se refere a experiências formativas de 69 acadêmicos de duas turmas de um curso de Pedagogia em secretarias, supervisões e direções de 32 escolas públicas de Porto Velho. Objetiva suscitar, sustentado na perspectiva metodológica de intervenção pedagógica, proposições desses estudantes para aprimorar contextos e processos intrínsecos a esses três setores das escolas. O contexto de onde a presente investigação se origina é o que se denominou “estágios participativos”, movimento materializado na disciplina de ‘Estágio Supervisionado em Gestão Escolar’ do curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Federal de Rondônia. A pesquisa, de abordagem qualitativa e do tipo Estudo de Caso, utilizou-se de análise documental de 39 Projetos de Intervenção desenvolvidos pelos estudantes – requisito para a conclusão da disciplina e disparadores de propostas para os três referidos setores das escolas onde estagiaram. A análise dos projetos revelou: maior preocupação dos estagiários com as temáticas violência/indisciplina e aspectos didáticos, manifestos, cada, em nove projetos.
