Resumo: The objective of this article is to present a perceptual test model for the identification of talian nasal vowels as a resource for understanding the positioning of users on the speeches present in locations colonized by Italian descendants. Using the TP software, ten informants were subjected to perception tests, evaluating stimuli with talian character istics or unmarked. The results showed a negative evaluation of stimuli with talian characteristics, stigmatized pronunciation in the locality, while the unmarked forms received good evaluations.

Com o uso do software TP, dez informantes foram submetidos aos testes de percepção, avaliando estímulos com características do talian ou não marcados.
