Use of technologies in the pedagogical practices of high school teachers in public schools: data from theses and dissertations (2008-2020)

Resumo: | This article is the result of a research carried out in a Post Graduate Program and aimed to map and analyze academic productions on the use of technologies in teachers' pedagogical practices after the restructuring, in 2007, of one of the digital inclusion programs, the ProInfo. A survey of dissertations and theses was carried out on the BDTD platform of IBICT, from the period 2008-2020. The systematic review study provided the basis for the state of knowledge and sought to answer the following question: What have studies shown from the use of technologies in the pedagogical practices of public school teachers in High School? The analyzed corpus showed the importance of this theme as a contribution for the quality in education. The results indicate that persistent and emerging situations with regard to the subject create an obstacle to the effective use of technologies in the practice of teachers, being, therefore, necessary to overcome the precarious infrastructure of schools, the deficient initial/continuing teachers’ training, as well as provide opportunities for debates on the efficient implementation of public policies in school education. |

Se realizó un relevamiento de disertaciones y tesis en la plataforma BDTD del IBICT, del periodo 2008-2020. El estudio de revisión sistemática sirvió de base para el estado del conocimiento y buscó responder a la siguiente pregunta: ¿Qué han demostrado los estudios sobre el uso de las tecnologías en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes de escuelas públicas en la enseñanza secundaria? El corpus analizado mostró la importancia de este tema como contribución a la educación de calidad. Los resultados indican que las situaciones persistentes y emergentes en relación con el tema crean un obstáculo para el uso efectivo de las tecnologías en la práctica de los docentes, siendo, por lo tanto, necesario superar la precaria infraestructura de las escuelas, la deficiente formación inicial/continua de los docentes, así como brindar espacios de debate sobre la implementación eficiente de las políticas públicas en la educación escolar.Este artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa desenvolvida junto a um Programa de Pós-Graduação e objetivou mapear e analisar produções acadêmicas sobre o uso de tecnologias nas práticas pedagógicas de professores a partir da restruturação, em 2007, de um dos programas de inclusão digital, o ProInfo. Foi realizado levantamento de dissertações e teses na plataforma BDTD do IBICT, do período 2008-2020. O estudo de revisão sistemática deu base para o estado do conhecimento e buscou responder o seguinte questionamento: O que os estudos têm evidenciado sobre o uso de tecnologias nas práticas pedagógicas de professores de escolas públicas no Ensino Médio? O corpus analisado mostrou a importância dessa temática como contributo para uma educação de qualidade. Os resultados indicam que situações persistentes e emergentes no que diz respeito a temática criam óbice para o efetivo uso de tecnologias na prática de professores, sendo, portanto, necessário superar a precária infraestrutura das escolas, a deficitária formação inicial/continuada dos docentes, bem como oportunizar debates sobre a concretização eficiente de políticas públicas na educação escolar.
