Resumo: This research includes studies of the Brazilian Communicational Thought Group (PENSA COM) and involves volunteer in three Brazilian cities (Maceio, Vitoria and Sao Paulo). The main objective was to create and maintain strategies to preserve the memory of Danton Jobim, the first scholar of journalism techniques in Brazil and author of emblematic journalistic revolution that has changed from the 1950s, using the lead technique, at  Diário Carioca where consolidated using the writing manual. The research methodology included scanning documents to disclose on the official website maintained by family and Facebook page, with volunteers support. In addition, documents and books on Danton Jobim or of his own, are available for download, with the goal of serving as a base for research about his relevance of Latin American communication thought.

O objetivo principal foi criar e manter estratégias para preservar a memória de Danton Jobim, primeiro scholar de técnicas de jornalismo no Brasil e autor da emblemática revolução jornalística que mudou, a partir dos anos 1950, com uso da técnica do lead, no Diário Carioca onde consolidou o uso do manual de redação. A metodologia da pesquisa incluiu escaneamento de documentos para divulgar no site oficial mantido pela família e na página de Facebook, com apoio de voluntários.
