Resumo: The trajectory of a deaf teacher during graduation was marked by the difficulty, once the majority of disabled people studied until the elementary school or followed until the middle school. Even with the social inclusion process emerging with difficulties and shortcomings for its realization, emergency became a teacher training deaf who obtain the knowledge of their native language, LIBRAS, for the graduate teaching of this language. About five years ago was rare to find a deafteacher in graduation. As a consequence of this complicating factor , international authorities and, subsequently, national created laws to minimize the existing gaps for the deaf citizens in academic environments such as students and as educational professional. This professional was trained by this knowledge and took possession of her position as a teacher, expanding her knowledge and reevaluating her practice with the challenge to teach LIBRAS to listeners and non listeners. The thesis of this research has established itself in the voice of this deaf teacher. She is graduated in pedagogy and LIBRAS teacher in the faculty for undergraduates in languages and pedagogy. The objective of this was to identify speech of a deaf teacher interspeech marked by political authorities , educational and mother tongue to follow the laws , teaching approaches and guidelines whose purpose refers to the process of inclusion in academic institutions .This analysis was based on the theory of training discursive focused by Orlandi (1999) in which the author highlights the understanding of the senses by means of ideological positions produced at the time of the speeches. Thus, the inter discourse enables motifs around the already-said. In this way, the analysis of the speech will emerge relations constituted in and by the discursive formations made available in the interview performed with the teacher of this research named P1. For this, there was an overview of international and national laws which were created in order to require the companies, congress participants and seminars on the , actions for their inclusion in social areas such as participants of conferences and seminars on the disabled, actions for their inclusion in social areas such as academics and professionals. She continued with a brief commentary on the history of deaf students. Said the construction of an identity signed in differences, as well as the educational approach directed to the deaf and vocational training of difficulty of these citizens. Continuing, there was the theory of analysis of the speechthrough a brief history of the formation of this theory, focusing later on the discursive formations and the subject's position. The methodological strategy focused on a case qualitative study through interview with a LIBRAS teacher graduation. The base of the research is the interview reports videotaped and accompanied by a LIBRAS interpreter. The survey is divided into five chapters, the latter highlighted by the analysis of the undertaken discourse.
