Bioestimulante na produção de mudas de romãzeira (Punica granatum) cv. Mollar.

Resumo: Pomegranate (Punica granatum) is among the exotic fruit species that has been standing out economically in Brazil, especially in the semi-arid region of the Northeast, as it is well accepted in the market and offers good production and profitability to the fruit grower. In the establishment of commercial areas it is important that the propagating materials present good quality and satisfactory nutritional aspects, in this sense, it is important to maintain nutrition from the seedling production stage, requiring the use of products rich in substances that act in the formation of enzymes, hormones and chlorophyll, favoring plants in the process of absorbing water and nutrients, in this case, biostimulants. Therefore, the objective of this study was to analyze the effect of the application of biostimulant on the initial growth and physiological activity in the production phase of pomegranate seedlings. The research was carried out in a greenhouse belonging to the Department of Phytotechnics and Environmental Sciences at the Federal University of Paraíba - UFPB, located in the municipality of Areia, Paraíba. The treatments were obtained by the factorial arrangement 6x3, corresponding to 6 doses of the biostimulant (0; 0.2; 0.4; 0.6; 0.8; 1.0 ml / 5L) and 3 removed in time (20, 40 , 60 days after first application of the product). The experimental design used was a randomized block (DBC), with four replications, with the experimental unit consisting of 10 plants. Morphological growth and physiological characteristics of plants were evaluated. The damages were submitted to analysis of variance by the F test (p <0.05). It was observed that the plants showed positive results in the growth characteristics according to the increase in the concentrations of the biostimulant. While for gas exchange variables, these were favored up to the 0.4mL / 5L dose and the application of the biostimulant resulted in a reduction in fluorescence variables. The chlorophyll variables were not affected by such application. It is therefore concluded that application of the biostimulant VIUSID Agro ® is recommended for the formation of pomegranate seedlings cv. Mollar, for promoting growth growth, where the period of 60 days after application of the treatment was adequate for the good formation of pomegranate seedlings.

No estabelecimento de áreas comerciais é importante que os materiais propagativos apresentem boa qualidade e aspectos nutricionais satisfatórios, nesse sentido, é importante a manutenção da nutrição desde a fase de produção de mudas, sendo necessário o uso de produtos rico em substâncias que atuam na formação de enzimas, hormônios e clorofila, favorecendo as plantas no processo de absorção de água e nutrientes, nesse caso, os bioestimulantes. Portanto, o objetivo desse estudo foi analisar o efeito da aplicação de bioestimulante no crescimento inicial e atividade fisiológica na fase de produção de mudas de romãzeira. A pesquisa foi realizada em estufa pertencente ao Departamento de Fitotecnia e Ciências Ambientais da Universidade Federal da Paraíba – UFPB, situada no município de Areia, Paraíba. Os tratamentos foram obtidos pelo arranjo fatorial 6x3, correspondente a 6 doses do bioestimulante (0; 0,2; 0,4; 0,6; 0,8; 1,0 ml/5L) e 3 retiradas no tempo (20, 40, 60 dias após primeira aplicação do produto). O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos casualizados (DBC), com quatro repetições, sendo a unidade experimental composta por 10 plantas. Foram avaliadas características morfológicas de crescimento e fisiológicas das plantas. Os danos foram submetidos à análise de variância pelo teste F (p <0,05). Observou-se que as plantas apresentaram resultados positivos nas características de crescimento de acordo com o aumento das concentrações do bioestimulante. Enquanto que para as variáveis de trocas gasosas, estas foram favorecidas até a dose 0,4mL/5L e a aplicação do bioestimulante resultou numa redução nas variáveis da fluorescência. As variáveis da clorofila não foram afetadas por tal aplicação. Conclui-se portanto que aplicação do bioestimulante VIUSID Agro ® é recomendada para a formação de mudas de romãzeira cv.
