Resumo: The constructive system of cast-in-place concrete structure results in a cheap and fast construction. This low cost is also reflected in the investment in work safety on site, requiring attention because civil construction poses a high risk to worker safety. This work aims to identify and analyze the risks of accidents in a concrete structure cast in loco. The methodology consisted of three stages, a case study and characterization of the work, development and application of a checklist and assessment of identified risks. The checklist was applied daily for 1 (one) month on site, allowing frequent risks to be identified. A total of 471 disagreements were identified, most of which were related to the assembly and disassembly of metallic forms. Through the results obtained with the HRN (Hazard Rating Number) method, it was possible to demonstrate the listing and prioritization of containment, correction and prevention measures, which must be adopted by the management of the work.

Esse baixo custo reflete também no investimento à segurança do trabalho na obra, necessitando de atenção devido à construção civil possuir um alto risco para segurança dos trabalhadores. Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar e analisar os riscos de acidentes em uma obra de estrutura de concreto moldada in loco. A metodologia consistiu em três etapas, estudo de caso e caracterização da obra, desenvolvimento e aplicação de checklist e avaliação dos riscos identificados. O checklist foi aplicado diariamente durante 1 (um) mês em obra, permitindo identificar riscos frequentes. Foram identificados 471 desacordos, sendo a maioria pertencente à montagem e à desmontagem das fôrmas metálicas.
