Organizational Changes: the manager as a conflict mediator in the face of the Organization's resistances

Resumo: This study reports how resistance to change interferes positively and negatively in the organizational environment. The following question then arises: In organizational changes, how should a manager act, through conflicts and resistance? So, the objective is to expose the resistances and conflicts generated by everyone involved, through organizational changes. Thus, it is important for the manager to present actions to calm the climate, since each and every company inserted in the market is exposed to face the changes that the scenario requires for its own survival. Using the exploratory and descriptive approach as theoretical-methodological support, in order to obtain greater familiarity with the topic, several bibliographic researches were carried out in order to strengthen the ideas worked, seeking other authors to achieve greater and better understanding. about the exposed topic. After all the studies and analysis, it was found that to mitigate the impacts caused by the changes, it is essential to have managers trained and able to promote the mediation of conflicts throughout the process, thus using good communication as a disseminating source of information, thus promoting the interaction between those involved, since disagreements and impasses will always exist in the face of changes.

Surge então o seguinte questionamento: Nas mudanças organizacionais, como gestor deve agir, mediante aos conflitos e resistências? Então, o objetivo é expor as resistências e os conflitos gerados por todos os envolvidos, através das mudanças organizacionais. Assim, é importante o gestor, apresentar ações para apaziguar o clima, uma vez que inserida no mercado toda e qualquer empresa está exposta a enfrentar as transformações que o cenário exige para sua própria sobrevivência. Utilizando assim como suporte teórico-metodológico a abordagem exploratória e descritiva, com o intuito de obter maior familiaridade com o tema, para isso foram feitas várias pesquisas bibliográficas com a intenção de fortalecer as ideias trabalhadas, buscando outros autores para alcançar uma maior e melhor compreensão sobre o tema exposto.
