Resumo: | The social exclusion of people with disabilities clearly means that they are also excluded from the labor market, making the issue even bigger. Then the question arises: What are the difficulties of managing people to expand and improve the inclusion of disabled people in private companies in the South Agreste of the state of Pernambuco? Thus, the objective of this article is to analyze the difficulties of people management in the expansion and improve the inclusion of disabled people in private companies in the South Agreste of the state of Pernambuco. As for methodology, this study is exploratory, and also included the following concepts: Monographic method or Case Study. And the following research techniques: The literature and structured or standardized interview. Despite all technological developments and the laws in force in Brazil and the world, the issue of inclusion is far from happening within what is in the legislation. Organizations apologize for not having proper conditions to receive people with disabilities and companies that do this include only complying with Quota Law. |

Daí surge a seguinte pergunta: Quais as dificuldades da gestão de pessoas para ampliar e melhorar a inclusão de deficientes nas empresas privadas do Agreste Meridional Pernambucano? Dessa forma, o objetivo geral deste artigo é analisar as dificuldades da gestão de pessoas na ampliação e melhoria da inclusão de deficientes nas empresas privadas do Agreste Meridional Pernambucano. Quanto à metodologia, este estudo tem caráter exploratório, e contou ainda com os seguintes conceitos: Método Monográfico ou Estudo de Caso. E as seguintes técnicas de pesquisa: A pesquisa bibliográfica e a entrevista estruturada ou padronizada. Apesar de toda evolução tecnológica e das leis vigentes no Brasil e no mundo, a questão da inclusão está longe de acontecer dentro do que está na legislação.
