O eixo norteador desta dissertação foi: de acordo com os profissionais que trabalham no serviço de hemodinâmica do Hospital das Clínicas de Pernambuco quais os fatores estressantes percebidos? O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi verificar e indicar em que grau se apresenta o nível de estresse ocupacional dos trabalhadores, apresentar os fatores estressantes e correlacionar as principais fontes de tensão no trabalho com o desempenho de sua atividade laboral. Pesquisa prospectiva, analítica e descritiva, com uma abordagem quali-quantitativa realizada na Hemodinâmica do Hospital da Clínicas/Ebserh/Ufpe, serviço de alta complexidade, elevado nível tecnológico e grande demanda de atendimento ao público do SUS. Amostra constituída por 39 profissionais de ambos os sexos que atuam em diversas categorias profissionais. O critério de inclusão foi trabalhar na hemodinâmica, e o critério de exclusão os profissionais ausentes por motivo de férias ou licença no período da coleta de dados. A pesquisa foi aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da Ufpe através do Parecer 2.264.427/2017, a coleta dos dados foi nos meses de setembro a outubro de 2017. Utilizado três instrumentos para a coleta de dados: um questionário sócio-demográfico e de atividades ocupacionais, a escala de estresse no trabalho (EET), e o teste de detecção do estresse. Para análise dos dados as respostas foram agrupadas e analisadas de maneira qualitativa e quantitativa em programa estatístico. Os profissionais foram convidados a participar do estudo, após conhecimento dos objetivos e finalidade do mesmo por meio de informação pessoal do investigador à equipe. A participação foi de livre e espontânea vontade, documentada por meio de um termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido anexo ao questionário. As informações encontradas permitiram identificar e classificar o nível de estresse e seus estressores, responsáveis por doenças e outros agravos à saúde. Os trabalhadores informaram trabalhar em ambiente de estresse constante que exige muita dinâmica. Queixam-se de cansaço físico, mental e emocional, por falta de materiais e/ou situações que interrompem o processo de trabalho e demandam maior carga horária de trabalho. Houve também queixas de dores lombares e ombros, devido ao peso dos capotes de chumbo e protetores de tireoide usados (cerca de 12 Kg), para proteção contra o raio X emitido pelo equipamento do exame. Ocorreram também queixa de estresse e irritação quanto às solicitações de várias atividades ao mesmo tempo, tendo como medida a adoção de prioridades. Além da existência dos fatores de riscos ambientais, observou-se que a Hemodinâmica, por ser um setor com atividades excessivas e variadas, possui um ritmo de produção intenso, impondo uma grande sobrecarga de trabalho para a equipe, que acaba tendo atribuições que não lhes são pertinente. Portanto, o estresse ocupacional encontrado pelos trabalhadores apresenta-se de forma moderada a intensa, mas não ao ponto de comprometer sua atividade laboral.Occupational stress can affect the physical and mental health of workers, causing absenteeism in their work activities. The guiding principle of this dissertation was: according to the perception of the professionals that work in the hemodynamic department of the Clinics Hospital of Pernambuco, are there factors that promote occupational stress? The general objective of this research was to verify and to specify the degree to which the level of occupational stress of the workers is presented, also to introduce the stress factors and to correlate the main sources of tension at work with the performance of their work activity. A prospective, analytical and descriptive research with a qualitative-quantitative approach in the Hemodynamics of the Hospital das Clinicas / EBSERH / UFPE, a highly complex service, with high technological level and a great demand for SUS public service. The sample consisted of 39 professionals of both sexes who work in various professional categories. The inclusion criterion was working on hemodynamics, and the exclusion one was being absent on vacation or on leave in the period of the data collection. The research was approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the UFPE through process number 2,264.427 / 2017, the data collection was from September to October 2017. Three instruments were used to collect data: a socio-demographic questionnaire and of occupational activities, the stress scale at work (EET), and the stress detection test. To analyze the data, the answers were grouped and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in a statistical program. Theprofessionals were invited to participate in the study, after knowing the objectives and purpose of the study through personal information from the researcher. Participation was of free will, documented by means of informed consent attached to the questionnaire. The information found allowed the identification and classification of the level of stress and its stressors, responsible for diseases and other health problems. The workers reported working in a constant stress environment that required a lot of dynamics. They complained of physical, mental and emotional fatigue, due to the lack of materials and / or situations that interrupted the work process and demanded a higher workload. There were also complaints of low back pain and shoulder pain due to the weight of the lead coats and used thyroid protectors (about 12 kg) for protection against the X-ray emitted by the examination equipment. There were also complaints of stress and irritation regarding the requests of several activities at the same time, taking as a measure the adoption of priorities. In addition to the existence of environmental risk factors, it was observed that the Hemodynamics sector, having excessive and varied activities and an intense production rhythm imposes a great overload of work for the team, which ends up having attributions that are irrelevant.
