Resumo: The geographic knowledge has been changed and continues tobe constructed, having its structure discussed and re-elaboratedfrom the sprout of new ideas and debates that result in differentforms of thought and, finally, new study perspectives. It wascarried through on the basis of bibliographical research, thepresent article aims at developing and devising a descriptionof how has developed the construction of the perspective ofgeographic study that is Humanistic Geography, detachingits conceptual and methodological principles, presenting andarguing as the reading of the landscape with base in this lineof thought is carried through.
